LITTLE VALLEY – Three men were each ordered to prison for one to three years by Cattaraugus County Judge Larry M. Himelein for their unrelated convictions for assault, burglary and felony drunken driving, prosecutors said Wednesday.

Demitrius M. Romer, 26, of Olean, was sentenced on his assault conviction for an incident late last February that was not detailed by prosecutors.

Benjamin G. Meyer, 27, of Cattaraugus, got two one-year terms to run concurrently on his burglary and grand larceny convictions for incidents in the Town of New Albion last Nov. 28 and 29.

Michael S. Lecceardone, 38, of Little Valley, was sentenced on his latest driving while intoxicated incident in Little Valley last June 23. Prosecutors said he also was fined $1,000 for violating a previously-imposed probationary term in an earlier DWI case.
