A Town of Niagara man has pleaded guilty before U.S. Judge Richard J. Arcara to a federal charge of conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. reported Tuesday.

Jason Hannon, 38, was one of four people arrested when agents executed a search warrant at a mobile home on Quain Place on May 3, 2011. Agents said production of methamphetamine was in process.

Hannon faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison when he appears March 13 for sentencing. Maximum penalty is 40 years in prison and a $5 million fine. Charges against the three others in the case are pending.
