LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man was arraigned Tuesday on an indictment accusing him of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 11 on three occasions between the fall of 2010 and December 2011, Assistant District Attorney Robert A. Zucco said.
Brett A. King, 46, of 65th Street, pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree sexual abuse and was allowed to remain free on his own recognizance.
Zucco said several similar but unrelated charges against King in Niagara Falls are being dismissed. “He’s been cooperating. I don’t see the need for any bail,” Zucco told County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas.
