LOCKPORT – The only contested races for local offices in Niagara County Tuesday were town justice contests in Porter and Royalton, both won by Republicans.

In Royalton, Laura A. Wagner, an attorney for the Niagara County Social Services Department, won in her first bid for elected office. She defeated Town Councilman James G.
