JAMESTOWN – A white male, aged 25 to 30, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds, is being sought by city police for the stickup of the First Niagara Bank on Spring Street about 12:15 today.
The robber walked in, gave a teller a note, took cash and fled on foot.
Police described the man as having light brown hair, a reddish blond goatee and wire rim glasses. He wore a black leather coat, black pants, a green button-up shirt and a black Pittsburgh Pirates cap with a Black “P” on the front.

State police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office are helping with the investigation into the heist.
