A man was charged with stealing after Buffalo police pulled him over in his truck for not having a front licence plate.

Daniel Skinner, no age or address available, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, said police, who also ccused Skinner of an earlier larceny on Ohio Street, the theft of steel valued at $20,000.

Police said they pulled Skinner over on Howard Street at about 11:30 p.m. Friday and found his e truck full of $4,500 worth of stolen construction equipment.
