A Concord man was charged with felony drunken driving on West Main Street in Springville, Erie County sheriff’s officials said.

Daniel S. Neill, 30, was charged with felony DWI, unlicensed operation, obstruction of governmental administration and multiple traffic infractions, after an incident Friday night.Deputy Ben Pisa pulled Neill over about 11:30 p.m. Friday behind a business, sheriff’s officials said.

Neill is accused of trying to run to avoid being arrested, and was caught a short time later. The felony charge was because of a previous conviction for DWI in 2006.
