NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. – Niagara Regional Police are searching for suspects who made off with a quantity of high-powered medical pharmaceuticals from a Niagara Falls, Ont. hospital Thursday or Friday, according to police reports.
Authorities said a quantity of narcotics was taken from the Greater Niagara General Hospital at 5546 Portage Road in Niagara Falls between 6 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday. The drugs included morphine, Dilaudid and Fentanyl.
Niagara health officials said the drugs “could be extremely harmful when improperly administered without the supervision of a health care professional.”
