DUNKIRK – Two teens have been accused of bullying a disabled man and posting their taunts on YouTube, city Police Chief Dave Ortolano announced.

Ryan Hudson, 18, and Matt Colon, 19 were both charged Tuesday with fourth-degree stalking and accused of bullying city resident Miguel “Mikey” Gonzalez, 37, during several occasions in recent weeks.

Gonzalez, who works at the Dunkirk Resource Center, suffers from Tourette’s Syndrome, which results in him involuntarily yelling and hitting himself when he is agitated.

Ortolano said the videotapes he was shown by the victim’s family turned his stomach.

Hudson and Colon, who both face arraignment Nov. 12 in City Court, allegedly posted videos of themselves bullying “Mikey” on YouTube.
