WELLSVILLE – The charges are piling up against one of three brothers accused last week of operating a methamphetamine lab out of the family home on Forsythe Road in Whitesville.
Timothy J. Billings, 27, was arrested again Wednesday by state police and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force in connection and charged with one count of third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, a felony, troopers said.
Billings, along with brothers Justin, 30, and Zackery, 23, have all been charged with drug possession counts in connection with the Forsythe Road meth operation.
Zackery and Timothy Billings were taken into custody during a routine traffic stop last week because their vehicle lacked proper headlights. Troopers said they discovered the meth lab during their follow-up investigation.
