The nonjury criminal trial of Aurora horse owner Beth Lynne Hoskins got postponed again today, after it was set to resume before Aurora Town Justice Douglas W. Marky after having been delayed since late August.

Hoskins’ attorney, Thomas J. Eoannou, requested that the trial be adjourned until next Monday, so that Hoskins could take care of her horses this afternoon because of the impending storm.

The court granted his request and the trial of Hoskins on 74 misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty is now set to resume at 2:15 p.m. Monday. Eoannou is expected to begin cross-examination of SPCA veterinarian Jean Feldman.
