State police at Collins have arrested a Brant man accused of driving with a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit.

Troopers charged Gerald Johnson, 29, of Versailles Plank Road, with aggravated driving while intoxicated, after they stopped his car on Route 438 in Irving at about 8:30 p.m. Friday. Johnson recorded a blood-alcohol level of 0.23 percent, according to police.
