A 24-year-old Buffalo man was jailed after admitting Thursday he exposed himself to two women earlier this month as they were leaving their apartment building at Bailey and Dartmouth avenues.
It is the third conviction for such conduct for Gerard Schuh III, of Millicent Avenue, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Schuh pleaded guilty to public lewdness before City Court Judge James A.W. McLeod and was sentenced to 90 days, the maximum sentence, according to District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III.
It is the highest charge for which Schuh could have been convicted had he gone to trial, Sedita said.
Schuh on Aug. 25, 2011 was convicted of endangering the welfare of a child for exposing himself to a minor and was sentenced to a year in jail. He was convicted on July 15, 2011 of public lewdness. His probationary sentence for that conviction was revoked after the Aug. 25 conviction and he served 90 days in jail, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
