A Forest Avenue man was charged with stalking, trespassing and aggravated harassment, and is accused of pursuing and threatening to sexually assault a woman who works at a downtown business, Buffalo police reported Thursday.
William E. Lattin, 63, was arrested by Officers Steven Maslowski and Jamie Varco on Elmwood Avenue about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday after a second day of alleged efforts to upset the woman.
Lattin is accused of returning to the woman’s business address about 6 p.m. Monday, about three hours after he was first ordered out of the building by officials who had dealt with him there on previous occasions.
He also is accused of calling the woman and threatening to sexually assault her, according to police reports.
