LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man pleaded not guilty in Niagara County Court Monday to an indictment accusing him of having .18 ounces of cocaine, along with a mixture of hydrocodone and acetaminophen, when Falls police pulled his car over on May 9.
Ramone A. Westbrook, 29, of Zito Drive, is charged with third-, fourth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlicensed driving, two counts of failing to signal turns, not wearing a seat belt and resisting arrest.
