A man who allegedly violated a restraining order by arguing with a woman and stealing her car was arrested on four charges Saturday night, Northwest District police said.
Alvin Rodriguez, 36, of 15th Street, was arrested at his home and charged with fourth- and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal contempt.
The woman told police that Rodriguez came to her workplace, argued with her and kicked her out of her 2003 Buick, which was recovered when Rodriguez was arrested.
