Gregory Dargan, 24, of East Delavan Avenue, was arrested on a felony warrant when officers were called to quell a ruckus at a Bailey Avenue business early Sunday.
Dargan was charged with disorderly conduct and trespass at about 12:45 a.m., when he allegedly refused to leave a minimart after a dispute with the owner.
Northeast District police discovered that Dargan was wanted on a warrant, charging him with third-degree robbery, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment, filed after a June 20 incident at a Westminster Avenue home.
