MINA – A Sherman driver was charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing into another vehicle on Route 426 about 4:35 p.m. Saturday, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies said.
Andrew S. Vanevery, 24, also was charged with failure to keep right. Deputies said he posted a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more. At the time, Vanevery was driving south when he crossed the center line, deputies added.
