One person was shot on the city’s upper West Side, Buffalo police said Saturday.
The shooting occurred Friday evening on Congress Street, where police responded about 7 p.m. to reports of shots fired.
Tyrone Stanley, no age available, of West Delavan Avenue, was taken to Women & Children’s Hospital by his girlfriend with a shotgun wound to the chest, according to police. His condition was not available Saturday night.
Officers found five shell casings on the front porch of a home in the 100 block of Congress, police added.
