JAMESTOWN – The owner of pizza short was arrested Thursday afternoon on drug charges.
Jack E. Kincaid, 50, was arrested by city police and state troopers after a search warrant was executed at Avenue Subs on Fairmount Avenue.
Kincaid was charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal nuisance, police said.
Kincaid is accused of having sold marijuana and prescription drugs from his business and delivering them to customers upon request, police said. His arrest came after an investigation that lasted several months.
