State police said they arrested Jordan D. Petrocci, 22, after he lost control of his vehicle, which traveled over the guide rail, rolled over three times and came to rest at the bottom of an embankment. Investigators said Petrocci was driving at an “imprudent speed.”
Springbrook Ambulance took Petrocci to Erie County Medical Center, where he was treated for minor injuries suffered in the crash. He is scheduled to appear later in Elma Town Court to answer the charges.
Update: On Feb. 11, 2013, the possession of marijuana charge was dismissed, the DWI charge was downgraded to driving while ability impaired and the speeding charge downgraded to a parking violation.
