Buffalo Promise Neighborhood, which is working to improve the quality of life in the city’s Central Park area, will host a community town hall meeting from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday in Westminster Community Charter School, 24 Westminster Ave.
An analysis of the community’s strengths and weaknesses, developed from several months of local individual interviews, will be introduced, and an action plan will be created. Those who want to attend should call 842-5769.
“With so many exciting initiatives that are taking place in the community … there is significant and positive momentum building in the community,” said Tanya Perrin-Johnson, Promise Neighborhood’s director of community affairs.
