LOCKPORT – A Lockport man was arraigned Friday in Niagara County Court after being indicted by a grand jury on charges of breaking into a woman’s home on June 26 and 29 and sexually abusing her during one of the break-ins.
Taylor A. Drew, 27, pleaded not guilty to two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of sexually motivated second-degree burglary, first-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and criminal contempt, for allegedly violating an order of protection..
He remains free after posting $75,000 bail. A pretrial date was set for Jan. 2 and trial, April 15.
Drew is accused of breaking into the woman’s home in the Woodlands mobile home park, Town of Lockport.
