A Buffalo man was placed on probation for two years by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara Friday on his conviction for using a communication facility to commit a controlled substance felony.
Joseph Marble, 30, of Buffalo was intercepted during the execution of a court-authorized wiretap discussing the distribution of a quantity of marijuana with a co-defendant, prosecutors said. He was one of 20 arrested in a drug distribution network between Buffalo, New York and Houston.To date, 18 of the 20 defendants have been convicted, authorities said.
