A Strauss Street man charged with first-degree robbery is accused of robbing an East Utica Street woman of her car and purse at gunpoint early Friday.
Anthony Stoudimer, 31, was apprehended about 20 minutes after the incident, said police, who added that the suspect ointed a gun at ther woman outside her home about 2:45 a.m.
Stoudimer pulled over in the stolen vehicle on East Utica about five blocks away from the holdup and tried to flee on foot, police said. He also was charged with second-degree assault, weapons, stolen car and stolen property charges.
