NIAGARA FALLS – The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency on Wednesday approved an aid package for the company that is redeveloping the former Hotel Niagara.

JSK International Corp. received a 10-year commercial property tax exemption worth $2 million, sales tax abatements worth $3.6 million and a mortgage recording tax abatement, agency officials said.

Toronto developer Harry Stinson is planning a $23 million renovation of the Rainbow Boulevard hotel.
