An Ashland Avenue man caught with paint-covered hands was charged with spray-painting graffiti onto sidewalks and a guardrail on the Buffalo State College campus, Buffalo police reported Thursday.
Julian B. Green, 18, was arrested by Officers James Hacker and Anthony Figueroa on the campus just after 1 a.m. Wednesday, according to a Buffalo police report. He was charged with making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments.
The police officers reported observing Green spray painting graffiti on a sidewalk and for 50 feet on a guardrail at the front of the campus. When confronted, he allegedly dropped his can of spray paint but Officer Figueroa recovered it on the Elmwood Avenue sidewalk.
