NIAGARA FALLS – Game systems, diamond jewelry, televisions, laptops and motorized scooters were among the items reported stolen Tuesday in a burglary in the 2800 block of Ferry Avenue.

The victim told police that someone broke in, smashing a side window to gain entry, between 6:20 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. and took four televisions, two laptops, two motorized scooters, three game systems, iPods, a diamond necklace and bracelet, two cameras, a GPS, $200 sunglasses, a fire safe, and $1,250 worth of games.

The victim said his two large dogs were home and feels that the suspect may have been someone friendly with the dogs.

Loss was listed at $14,550.
