JAMESTOWN – A city man was forced him to pull over on East 2nd Street after he was observed driving erratically late Tuesday morning, State Trooper Aaron Kawado said.

James Surrena, 42, failed several field sobriety tests and registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.18 percent, more than twice the legal limit, Kawado reported. Surrena has prior driving while intoxicated conviction within the last 10 years, so was charged with aggravated DWI, troopers said.
