NIAGARA FALLS – A Sixth Street man accused of causing disturbances throughout the downtown area Sunday afternoon was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree menacing.
David G. Grimaldi, 44, was arrested just after 1 p.m. after entering the Why Coffee Shop on Main Street and directing obscenities at several customers, police said. Earlier, he had caused similar disturbances at the Seneca Niagara Casino and on streets in the area, shouting at passing cars, according to reports.
When arrested, Grimaldi reportedly made threatening gestures and comments to police.
