A Town of Concord man who answered the door wielding a loaded shotgun was arrested on multiple charges, State Police reported today.
Troopers were dispatched to a State Road residence at about 10:40 p.m. Friday on a report of a domestic incident. When they arrived, they allegedly were met in the doorway by Donald Felix, 42, who had the shotgun.
A woman at the home told troopers that she and Felix had been having an argument and that he interfered with her attempt to leave.
Felix was charged with a felony count of menacing a police officer; misdemeanor counts of unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a controlled substance; and a violation count of unlawful possession of marijuana.
Following arraignment in Boston Town Court, Felix was sent to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $500 bail.
