A Getzville man was charged early Tuesday on felony drunken driving, speeding and other charges as he drove erratically on Transit Road near Main Street in Clarence, Erie County sheriff’s officials said.
Jeremy H. Wilson, 26, was stopped shortly before 2 a.m. by Deputy Brandon Stott and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, imprudent speed, driving through a red light, aggravated unlicensed operation and driving with an open alcoholic beverage, officials said.
Wilson refused to submit to a breath test to determine his blood-alcohol content and the felony DWI charge was filed due to a prior conviction for DWI from 2008, deputies said.
