A Cheektowaga man was placed on probation Monday on his conviction for distributing anabolic steroids.
In the fall of 2010, Michael Trautman, 49, obtained and distributed steroids while employed as a detention officer at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in Batavia, federal prosecutors said.
Trautman was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny.
