An Amherst man has been indicted on a federal sex trafficking charge, said U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr.
Kenneth Graham, 34, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Friday with sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
The charge carries a sentence of 15 years to life.
Graham is accused of forcing a victim to engage in commercial sex acts, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert C. Moscati.
The indictment comes after a joint investigation by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, Homeland Security and Amherst, Cheektowaga and Buffalo police departments.
Graham is scheduled to be arraigned at 10 a.m. on Friday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Hugh B. Scott.
