Mr. and Mrs. Stanley F. Phillips of Naples, Fla., formerly of Snyder and Long Beach, Ont., celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family party in McLean, Va. Mr. Phillips and Patricia M. Deck were married June 21, 1952, in St. Joseph (University) Catholic Church. He is retired vice chairman for Delaware North Cos. They have three sons and five grandchildren.
