LOCKPORT - Lawrence A. Garabedian, 59, of 20th Street, Niagara Falls, was arraigned on a heroin sale indictment Wednesday in Niagara County Court.
He pleaded not guilty to third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal nuisance.
Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said police saw Garabedian allegedly selling heroin to another man Nov. 27. An ensuing investigation led police to his alleged supplier, Anthony A. Zaccarella, 60, of Maple Avenue, who pleaded not guilty Friday to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Alleged heroin was seized when police executed search warrants March 29 at the homes of both men.
