CUBA - A Ransomville man was arrested on felony drug charges after he was pulled over midday Monday with three dozen marijuana plants in his car, town police said.
Justin M. Goff, 26, was stopped shortly after noon in Cuba. Police found 37 marijuana plants, all about four to five feet tall, in his sedan, officials said. Police said the plants have an estimated street value of about $10,000.
Goff was charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana in the third-degree and several traffic charges.
He was awaiting arraignment Tuesday.
Cuba police were assisted by State Police and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
