NIAGARA FALLS - City police investigating reports of vehicles being hit by paint balls last week located a suspect vehicle and charged three people.
Witnesses called police Thursday night when they saw someone who appeared to be carrying a gun in his vehicle.
Police stopped the driver, Cortez D. Davis, 23, of Cleveland Avenue, and his passengers, Charles Walker Jr., 19, of Willow Avenue; Krisean M. Minor, 20, of Cleveland Avenue; and one unidentified passenger just before 7 p.m. in the 2200 block of 22nd Street and Willow Avenue and confiscated four paint ball guns in the vehicle.
Walker told police the paint ball guns were his. He was charged with disorderly conduct. Davis was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and Minor was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, police said.
