Nassau Community College received great wealth from the Pick Six.
The Lions had interception returns of 55, 66 and 98 yards for touchdowns and handed Erie Country Community College a humbling, 27-7 loss on Saturday at Jim Ball Stadium in Orchard Park in Northeast Football Conference play.
The Lions, ranked seventh nationally, have outscored the Delaware Valley JV, Navy Prep, Monroe College and now ECC by a combined 168-21 this season.
ECC committed five turnovers - four interceptions and a fumble - and fell to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in Northeast Football Conference play.
There were some bright spots offensively for the Kats, who were led by sophomore wide receiver Shayon Headley, a native of Tampa, who had a career-high eight receptions for 122 yards.
Headley caught a 53-yard pass from freshman Will Robinson in the fourth quarter to bring the Kats within a touchdown at 14-7, but the interception avalanche began soon after.
ECC plays Hudson Valley Community College (0-4), which lost to Dean on Saturday, 41-6, next Saturday in Troy.
Like ECC, Hudson Valley is struggling this season offensively and has scored a grand total of 22 points.
