A federal grand jury has indicted a Buffalo man on charges of advertising, receiving and distributing child pornography.

Jeremy Otrosinka, 32, is accused of creating and administering a web site with a password protected bulletin board dedicated to the discussion and sharing of child pornography.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward H. White said members could post links to child pornography images and videos, as well as engage in private discussions about child pornography.

The indictment is the result of investigation by the Buffalo office of the FBI.
