LOCKPORT - A Niagara Falls man was arraigned on a heroin possession charge Friday in Niagara County Court, and charges are pending against a co-defendant.
Anthony A. Zaccarella, 60, of Maple Avenue, pleaded not guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Named in the same indictment but not yet arraigned is Lawrence A. Garabedian, 59, of 20th Street, who is charged with third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal nuisance.
Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said search warrants were executed at both of their homes Nov. 27.
