NIAGARA FALLS - The Buffalo Niagara Riverkeeper organization will discuss the ecological health of the Niagara River Greenway and its watershed during a public meeting scheduled from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the Earl W. Brydges Public Library at 1424 Main St.

The organization said its Niagara River Greenway Habitat Conservation Strategy will identify, evaluate and map strategic restoration sites in the Greenway portion of the watershed.

The Niagara River Greenway comprises 13 municipalities along the Niagara River from Buffalo to Youngstown.

Its mission is to redefine the waterfront with a linear system of state and local parks and conservation areas linked by a network of multi-use trails along with access to the river.
