PORTVILLE - A Friendship teen was arrested by state police today following a protracted investigation into the burglary of the Pete-Za-Ria company in Portville in June.
Jacob Cook, 19, was arraigned before Town Justice David Porter on one count of second-degree grand larceny. He was released pending further court proceedings in several weeks.
