A Cheektowaga man with two prior felony drunken-driving convictions was arraigned today on two counts of felony DWI, speeding and unlawful use of a mobile telephone.

Rickey J. Mullar, 45, of Losson Road, was arraigned before State Supreme Court Justice Christopher J. Burns.

He was arrested on July 25 on Transit Road and Zurbrick Avenue in the Village of Depew, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.

The office said he recorded a .12 percent blood alcohol content reading, and he was also driving while talking on a mobile phone.

If convicted, Mullar faces up to seven years in prison.
