LOCKPORT - A Niagara Falls man pleaded guilty to two felonies today, and Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas promised he would be sentenced to no more than a year in the County Jail.

Christopher D. Seelbaugh, 18, of 13th Street, admitted to attempted second-degree burglary and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 12.

Seelbaugh and co-defendant Joseph M. DiLaura II, 19, of Lindbergh Avenue, were charged with entering a house on Grauer Road in the Town of Niagara Jan. 10 and stealing more than $30,000 worth of property. DiLaura pleaded guilty to that and another burglary and is awaiting sentencing.

Seelbaugh also was charged with selling cocaine in North Tonawanda June 20.
