David E. Laskey, 47, of Ashley Place, also will be subject to two yeas of post-release supervision. He had pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for selling morphine to a police informant in Lockport Oct. 17 and 21.
In another drug case Wednesday, Farkas scheduled sentencing Nov. 19 for Brandyn M. Downey, 19, of Christiana Street, North Tonawanda, who pleaded guilty to attempted fifth-degree sale.
