A Buffalo man was sentenced Wednesday to 37 months in prison on his conviction of conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine.
Arthur Hubbard, 36, bought cocaine from co-defendant David Manuel, which he then redistributed to others, Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert C. Moscati said.
Hubbard was arrested along with 19 others and charged with being involved in a multi-kilogram cocaine distribution network between Buffalo, New York and Houston. To date 18 of the 20 defendants have been convicted, prosecutors said.
U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara imposed the sentence.
