A West Seneca woman pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to drug possession, three weeks after her husband was convicted of the same charge.
Caroline Stuchal, 39, of had more than a half kilogram of cocaine she planned to sell with her husband when both were arrested two years ago.
Vincent Stuchal was convicted Aug. 27 of the same charge of possession with intent to distribute. Caroline Stuchal faces up to 40 years in prison and a $5 million fine or both at her still unscheduled sentencing.
The Stuchals were arrested in June 2011 as a result of a raid on seven months earlier at the Winchester Grill on Harlem Road. Authorities seized more than 500 grams of cocaine in the raid. Caroline Stuchal admitted her husband had expected her to distribute that cocaine to customer at Chuggers, another West Seneca bar.
The West Seneca Police took part in the drug investigation along with federal authorities.
