Wednesday, 7 p.m.: Jarnot Talks Duncan: Talk and book signing with Lisa Jarnot, author of "Robert Duncan: The Ambassador from Venus" (University of California Press), a new biography of the visionary Black Mountain College and San Francisco Renaissance poet. Jarnot, a Buffalo area native and University at Buffalo graduate, is the author of four full-length collections of poetry. City Lights Books will publish her "Selected Poems" in 2013. Thursday, 7 p.m.: Reading and book signing with David Klein, author of "Clean Break" (Broadway Books), a novel described as a "suspenseful exploration of addiction, marriage, debt and the complexity of starting one's life over." Klein, a Buffalo area native and UB Master of Arts in Creative Writing and English graduate, is also author of "Stash" (Broadway Books), a novel about a minor drug possession episode unraveling a suburban family.
