LOCKPORT - Ronnie A. Koonce Jr., 41, of Robinson Road, Lockport, was arraigned Thursday in Niagara County Court on charges of selling cocaine three times earlier this year.
Koonce pleaded not guilty to three counts each of third-degree sale and possession of a controlled substance. The alleged drug deals occurred March 16, May 11 and May 21. County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III ordered Koonce held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Koonce has four prior felony convictions and nine misdemeanor convictions. His last date in County Court came in 2010, when he was sentenced to a year in jail for selling cocaine in Niagara Falls the previous year.
